Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorised affiliate of Clook Internet UK (Sub 6 Limited), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering. By signing up for our affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. - Promoting our service using spam in any form will not be tolerated. This includes promotion methods in breach of third party usage terms (eg forum posts in breach of forum rules, popups on a hosting account which do not allow these, etc). - All applicants will be reviewed manually to ensure our name/brand is in good hands. Should promotions methods change significantly we should be informed and we reserve the right to cease any relationship if deemed not to be in our best interests. - Referrals valid for new clients who select a shared, reseller, vps/vServer or dedicated hosting service during their first order. Orders for domain names, SSL certificates or our CDN service will not incur a commission payment unless ordered in addition to an applicable service. - Payout confirmed when new client remains active after 90 days. - You may not receive credit for referring yourself to Clook Internet which includes ordering your account under the name of a spouse, sibling or friend. Orders must not be submitted by anyone other than the named contact/owner of the new account (third parties cannot order on behalf of someone else). We reserve the right to decline commissions for orders showing an abnormal link to an existing client profile (eg duplicate IP address triggered, duplicate card details, etc). - You must have a valid Paypal account to receive your commission payments. - Affiliates caught violating our affiliate terms will be banned (for life!) from our program and risk having your hosting services terminated. - Affiliate payouts will cease in the event of a hosting package or service provided to the affiliate being terminated due to breach of contract.
