If our monitoring system detects any problem it will alert us immediately. Following this we will react by working to resolve the problem proactively without any request or intervention from you.

Our 100% fully hands on, Proactive management package is provided with all managed dedicated servers. This puts the administration of the server completely in our hands allowing clients to use the server as though it were a large shared/reseller account with everything else handled by us proactively. - Real time bandwidth graphs
All bandwidth usage is logged and available to see in graphs covering daily, weekly, monthly and annual time periods.
- 4 UK IP addresses
IP addresses are unique numbers used in networking to link servers to the global internet. We provide four as standard with more available on request where valid usage is intended.
- Free cPanel® license
cPanel® is the worlds leading control panel software and is used to manage the server via an online interface. The panel contains all the features required so that no technical command line tasks are required.
- Free Fantastico license
Fantastico is a script auto installer application allowing end users to install and update many third party scripts in a few mouse clicks. All servers come with a free Fantastico license.
- Free RVSkin license
RVSkin is a third party application aimed at those selling hosting to their own clients. It provides a large amount of customisation options related to the look of the end user control panel.
- High quality network

All servers are provided with everything installed, configured and secured so that it can be used immediately in a live environment.

- Off server backup option
All server data is backed up by to a separate hard drive by default to ensure that data is not lost and can be restored in the rare event this is required. We are also able to offer options related to additional backups stored off server for anyone requiring this additional level to the backup data.
