  • x2 overselling

    Overselling is the act of selling more resources than you have available to use and based on the assumption that not all hosting accounts will use 100% of resources purchased. This is used by resellers so that they can allocate 2 times more resources than they have available to use as long as actual does not exceed the account limits.

  • Private nameservers

    Private nameservers are often preferred by resellers as an extra element of custom branding to accounts. They involve setting the hosted accounts to use nameservers based on the account main domain (eg ns1/2.yourdomain.co.uk) instead of our anonymous generic nameservers.

  • Complete anonymity

    Special care has been taken to keep us anonymous at all times by using an anonymous hostname, domain (+ anonymous whois info). Therefore, you can be sure that your customers will not be able to trace your hosting packages back to us.

  • Free billing software

    Resellers often benefit from using software to manage clients, billing and new orders which can save many hours of administration time of operating a hosting business. We provide a free license for one of the leading software makers ClientExec.

  • Free domain reseller account

    We can provide access to a third party account capable of registering and managing domain names at discounted rates. These accounts are provided by a third party provider, Enom.com.

  • Redundant DNS cluster

    DNS is the part of the internet that translates domain names to IP addresses pointing to the server that domain is hosted on. It is critical that DNS is available 100% of the time and for this reason we host all of our DNS systems on separate servers spread around the world minimising any kind of total failure by a large degree.

  • Email auto failover

    Our advanced email cluster is fully redundant meaning that in the very rare event of the primary systems being unavailable, all email will be queued on a separate off network system and forwarded to the primary email systems when they are available.

  • Discounts off popular scripts

    We have arranged for our clients to get discounts off popular scripts and services. At the time of writing we have arranged discounts on all products at Kayako, DemoDemo.com and InstantDemo and we are currently working on more.

  • Free off network account

    All clients with an active reseller/multiple domain account are entitled to a free shared hosting account on a server and network totally separate to all our other servers. This is completely anonymous (no mention of Clook Internet) and can be used for a server status or customer support page.

  • Multi-layered backups

    Your data is of critical importance to us so we ensure that it is always backed up in our backup schedule. Not only do we provide access to backup features in the control panel we also backup all data to a separate hard drive daily and carry out data backups to our off server, high capacity storage system.

  • RAID5 storage

    RAID is a technology using multiple physical hard drives to store data which act redundantly and can continue working to capacity even if one drive should fail.

Software

  • Webhost Manager (WHM)

    WHM is the separate control panel used on reseller / multiple domain accounts. The features contained within this panel are common requirements of those administrating separate accounts such as viewing of single + overall resource usage figures, setup new accounts, delete accounts and much more.

  • cPanel®

    cPanel® is the control panel software used for end user administration on all hosting accounts. The software contains hundreds of different features from email admin, database configuration, web statistics and much, much more.

  • Script auto installer

    Our script auto installer is provided with all accounts which can be used to install many popular third party scripts with just a few mouse clicks.

  • RVSkin

    RVSkin is a third party addon which allows a huge amount of customisation to end user control panel features and theses of great benefit to resellers allowing complete branding of the end user panels.

  • PHP 5

    PHP is a hugely popular web programming language and is available on all of our servers.

  • Spam & virus prevention

    All email accounts are protected from spam and virus infected emails using our fully redundant advanced email cluster.

  • AWStats and Webalizer

    These are popular third party applications to monitor vists to all websites and produce daily reports and charts to represent all statistics.

  • Webmail

    Webmail is used to access email accounts via the internet without requiring software to be installed on the computer in use. We provide webmail access to all accounts using two different webmail applications, Horde and Squirrelmail.

  • phpMyAdmin

    phpMyAdmin is a third party application used to administrate MySQL databases. This is available on all accounts with no installation or configuration.

  • MySQL databases

    MySQL is a database server installed on all servers.

  • Email inboxes

    We set no limit on the number of email addresses that can be setup on each domain name (eg person@domain.co.uk).

  • Email forwarders

    Forwarders can be setup to send all emails arriving at any email address on our server to a completely different address either hosted by us or not. For example, if you prefer using your ISP email account but have your own domain/website, you can forward any email arriving at your website domain to your ISP email address.

  • Email auto responders

    Auto responders can be setup to send acustom response email automatically whenever an email is received to a certain address.

  • FTP accounts

    FTP is a method of connecting to the server to upload and download web files. Multiple FTP logins can be setup on all accounts to restrict different logins to different parts of the account.
