Servers can burst above their RAM guarantee on a short term basis with the amount and length of time for ‘bursting’ defined by overall VPS node resources and what other servers are doing at that moment. The RAM burst amount is the maximum a server can utilise above the guarantee assuming there are enough system resources available to do so.

    If our monitoring system detects any problem it will alert us immediately. Following this we will react by working to resolve the problem proactively without any request or intervention from you.

  • Reactive management

    Our Reactive management package is included as standard with all VPS's. An upgrade is available as an option to our Proactive management package which is more 'hands on'.

  • Real time bandwidth graphs

    All bandwidth usage is logged and available to see in graphs covering custom time periods.

    IP addresses are unique numbers used in networking to link servers to the global internet. We provide two as standard with more available on request where valid usage is intended.

  • Free cPanel® license

    cPanel® is the worlds leading control panel software and is used to manage the server via an online interface. The panel contains all the features required so that no technical command line tasks are required.

  • Free Fantastico license

    Fantastico is a script auto installer application allowing end users to install and update many third party scripts in a few mouse clicks. All VPS's come with a free Fantastico license.

  • Free RVSkin license

    RVSkin is a third party application aimed at those selling hosting to their own clients. It provides a large amount of customisation options related to the look of the end user control panel.
