We monitor services on all VPS’s using our detailed monitoring system. By default we monitor 6 key services with an optional upgrade which monitors up to 22 services.
- 24/7 Monitoring reactions
If our monitoring system detects any problem it will alert us immediately. Following this we will react by working to resolve the problem proactively without any request or intervention from you.
- Reactive management
Our Reactive management package is included as standard with all VPS’s. An upgrade is available as an option to our Proactive management package which is more ‘hands on’.
- Real time bandwidth graphs
All bandwidth usage is logged and available to see in graphs covering custom time periods.
Extras
- 2 UK IP addresses
IP addresses are unique numbers used in networking to link servers to the global internet. We provide two as standard with more available on request where valid usage is intended.
- Free cPanel® license
cPanel® is the worlds leading control panel software and is used to manage the server via an online interface. The panel contains all the features required so that no technical command line tasks are required.
- Free Fantastico license
Fantastico is a script auto installer application allowing end users to install and update many third party scripts in a few mouse clicks. All VPS’s come with a free Fantastico license.
- Free RVSkin license
RVSkin is a third party application aimed at those selling hosting to their own clients. It provides a large amount of customisation options related to the look of the end user control panel.

All VPS’s are provided with everything installed, configured and secured so that it can be used immediately in a live environment.
- 24/7 support
Our support and after sales care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Further details can be seen on our Off server backup option
All VPS data is backed up by us by default to ensure that data is not lost and can be restored in the rare event this is required. We are also able to offer options related to additional backups stored in an off server user directory for anyone requiring access to backups without our intervention.
