All too often in this industry a company will advertise "24/7 support" when in reality, this means "email us 24/7, we'll reply 9-5" or less! This is not so with Clook Internet - we have real staff monitoring our support helpdesk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who are ready and more than able to help any client with any problems or deal with any server issues picked up by our detailed monitoring system.

Server Awareness
We're fully aware of what each server can handle and what should be done to ensure complete stability. Resources will not be oversold or overloaded and you can be sure that at no point will you suffer unnecessarily high loads or slowness. In addition to this, all servers are constantly monitored to provide immediate notification of any problems so if any problems do occur, you can be sure we'll be fixing it fast.
Once a server has reached its limit of accounts (taking into consideration the predicted resold accounts based on package size for reseller accounts) all new accounts will be put on a new server and we will not add "just one more" to make a few extra pounds. The reliability and stability of that server is far more important than those "few extra pounds".
Open communication
All hosting companies will have some kind of problem from time to time - how they deal with this is often what makes or breaks them!
